SHIPPING/DELIVERY:
Each of our kits is custom made to order. Please allow approx 2-3 weeks for shipping, depending on the time of the year. IF for any reason you need your kits sooner, please contact directly at 310.823.6999. Thank you.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
Each of our kits is custom made to order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via email at info@emergencycafe.com. You will be issued a RA#. Once the items are received and it has been determined that each kit is in the same condition as it was sent out, your credit card will be refunded. Please note that there is a 20% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded.
